This time we are paring spreads & breads, Matiz tin tapas, olives, cheeses & charcuterie with our favorite Spanish reds:

Adega Algueira, Ribeira Sacra Mencía (2017) Red - Galicia, Spain    Alvaro Palacios, Camins del Priorat (2018) - Red - Catalonia, Spain    Antidoto, Ribera del Duero Cepas Viejas (2018) - Red - Castilla y León, Spain    Bodegas Hermanos Peciña, Señorío de Peciña Rioja Crianza Tinto (2014) Rioja, Spain    Bodegas Olivares, Altos De La Hoya Jumilla Monastrell Ungrafted Old Vines (2017) Murcia, Spain

 

Mahon Cheese - produced on the island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands, Spain's second most popular cheese next to Manchego. A 100% cow's milk cheese, Ripened in underground caves for at least 60 days.

 

Manchego Chesse - produced in the La Mancha region of Spain. It is made from unpasteurised sheep's milk. It is one of the popular cheeses from Spain.

 

Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota - Iberico Sausage Fermín is one of the culinary gems from the Western regions of the Iberian Peninsula. It's a product that is made by hand from a selection of meat from Iberian pork, inlaid into natural pork gut. Iberico Sausage Fermín is cured in natural driers for at least 4 months, reaching a perfect balance of its ingredients.This Iberico Sausage Fermín is produced naturally without any preservative, additive or nitrates added.

 

100% Iberico Acorn-fed Shoulder Ham Boneless - The combination of the 100% pure Iberian breed, the age and acorn-based feed during two long seasons, results in a unique quality of meat and infiltrated fat.

 

Chorizo Autentico by Palacios - This mild chorizo sausage is made by Palacios from an old family recipe. This all natural dry cured pork sausage is seasoned with sweet smoked paprika from Extremadura -- pimentón de la Vera dulce. It contains no nitrates or nitrites or any other preservative.

 

Mixed Mediterraneans Olives & other Chef Kay's surprise treats 🤗 

 

A family style seating will be the highlight for this event taking place in the stage room.

Following the wine tasting, all wines on our regular menu including those by the bottle will be open and served by the glass. Stay afterwards or stop by for a chat!
